A military macaw grooms its feathers at the Naples Zoo. This green parrot from South America gets its named from its feathers which resembles a dress military uniform. In the wild, the military macaw lives in flocks and can live up to 50-60 years in the wild. They can be found in the canopy of tropical forests as the canopy provides protection from predators.
