Congrats to Josef Newgarden and Team Penske for winning the NTT Indycar Series opener at the Grand Prix of St Petersburg. The 110 lap grand prix kicks of the 2019 season for these drivers as they chase the championship. Newgarden is the 2017 champion and kicked off his quest for a second title with a season opening win.
