Photo of the Day: Workhorses of the Nation
At one time, the locomotive was the workhorse of the nation. Connecting coast to coast with a steady stream of trains to carry goods from farm to city and passengers from one state to another. While the world has found other ways to commute, trains remain a major player in interstate commerce.
