Photo of the Day: El Circulo Cubano

The Cuban Club in Y’bor City has been the center of Cuban life in Tampa since the early 1900’s. This four story club was built In 1917 and houses a theater, ballroom, cantina and much more. It has been the site of boxing matches, musical performers and hosted plenty of weddings and special events in its almost 100 year history. The building is also considered one of the most haunted places in Florida and was showcased in an episode of Ghosthunters. (Photo: May 23, 2014)
