Atlanta is not only the capital of Georgia but it could also be considered the southern center of industry and capitalism. Many major corporations have been founded or headquartered here. Coca-Cola, CNN/Turner Broadcasting, Home Depot, Chic-fil-a, AT&T, UPS and Delta Air Lines are just a few of the companies that have their global headquarters in Atlanta.
