Photo of the Day: Looking Cute

A Florida Black Bear hangs out in shelter of its enclosure at ZooTampa.  The Florida Black Bear is a subspecies of the American Black Bear and can be found throughout most of Florida and southern portions of Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.  This solitary animal has some of the best senses in the animal kingdom with good vision, acute hearing and excellent sense of smell.  The black bear is one of the many native Florida animals that can be seen on the zoo's Florida Boardwalk.  (Photo: January 6, 2018)
