Photo of the Day: Flying Tribute

Dr Joe Masessa flies the unique OV-Mohawk over the crowd during the 2014 Florida International Air Show. Not only is Masessa's OV-1 the world's only aerobatic demonstration of an OV-1, it is a flying tribute to those who never returned from the Vietnam War. The names of the missing soldiers can be found memorialized on the fuselage of the OV-1. You can see this flying memorial during the 2017 Florida International Air Show which kicks off on Friday evening at the Punta Gorda Airport. (Photo: March 30, 2014)
