Photo of the Day: Deer
A white tail deer looks up from grazing in eastern Sarasota County. The white tail deer are the most plentiful of the three species of deer found in Florida and can be found throughout the state. The other two Floridian species are the Sambar deer which can be found in the panhandle and the Key deer which can be found in South Florida. (Photo: March 31, 2010)
