Every winter, the National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden comes to life with skaters enjoying the ice rink.  The annual ritual attracts both tourists and residents as they skate the day away along the picturesque backdrop of the National Archives and other DC landmarks.  (Photo: February 16, 2009)
