Tropical Storm Debby continues to bring havoc to the sunshine state. The slow moving tropical storm has dumped heavy rain for almost a week over the state of Florida causing heavy flooding throughout the state. It made landfall yesterday in the panhandle near Steinhatchee. This photo was taken at Manasota Beach in Englewood, Florida. (Photo: June 25, 2012)
