Photo of the Day: Alligator at Myakka State Park

An alligator lies on the bank at Myakka State Park in eastern Sarasota County. Alligators are frequently seen in the park with several hundred believed to call the park home. A popular place to see alligators is the bridge right as you enter the park from the State Road 72 entrance. Another great way to see alligators at the park is via the airboat tour on the lake.
