Photo of the Day: Ships of the Jamestown Settlement

The Susan Constant, Godspeed, and the Discovery are docked along the James River as part of the Jamestown Settlement historic park. These three ships are replicas of the three ships that help bring settlers to the new colony of Jamestown in the Virginia Colony. The Jamestown Settlement is a living history museum that tells the story of the settlement which includes a Powhatan Village and Fort James. (Photo: April 24, 2004)
