Gentle Giant

While this shark may look intimidating, it is actual harmless to humans. Found along the Pacific coast of the US and Mexico, the leopard shark can be found in large schools feeding on small marine life like clams, crabs and shrimp in tidal basins. Because of their non-aggressive qualities, the leopard shark is a popular aquarium shark and does well in captivity. This shark is in the Manta exhibit at Sea World Orlando.
