Photo of the Day: Atlanta ATC Tower

High atop this tower is the control center for one of the nation's busiest airports.  The Air Traffic Control Tower at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is responsible for almost 2,500 flights a day.  At 398 feet tall, the tower is the tallest in the United States and the fourth tallest in the world.  (Photo: December 21, 2014)
