Photo of the Day: Saint George Orthodox Church

The classical style of the Saint George Orthodox Church lies in stark contrast to the modern skyscrapers that surround it in downtown Orlando. Originally built as the First Church of Christ the Scientist in 1926, the building is now occupied by the Antiochian Orthodox congregation. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. (Photo: July 9, 2013)
