The Upper Myakka Lake is the main focal point of Myakka River State Park. Created by the Myakka River, Clay Gully and Howard Creek, the lake dominates much of the public area of the park and features some of the parks amenities such as airboat ride, the birdwalk and more.  (Photo: August 25, 2014)
