Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney lands at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport on Thursday. Romney stopped on the Suncoast for a fundraiser at the Ritz-Carlton before speaking to thousands of supports at a rally at the Ringling Museum as he campaigns against President Barack Obama for the United States presidency. Romney’s campaign plane is chartered by USA Jet Airlines and was once the tour plane for the band U2. (Photo: September 20, 2012)
