Sea World Orlando: Shows

Orlando, Florida: Since its inception in 1973, Sea World Orlando has been one of the world’s leaders in marine entertainment. From the signature Shamu shows to the funny antics of the California Sea Lions Clyde and Seamore, thousands of visitors flock to the park daily to catch some of the parks award winning entertainment.

The park features seven entertainment venues, each with their own shows and cast of critters that entertain guests.

The most popular venue is Shamu Stadium. Here the park’s collection of orca whales, perform their new show called One Ocean. One Ocean debuted in 2011 and replaced Believe. During the summer and holiday weekends, there is a second show at night called Shamu Rocks which combines rock n’ roll music with the acrobats of Shamu.

The Whale and Dolphin Stadium is home to the show Blue Horizons. The show combines live acrobatics with dolphins and birds for an exciting show.

The Sea Lion and Otter Stadium is home to Clyde and Seamore, a pair of California Sea Lions. They spotlight a comical show called Clyde and Seamore Take Pirate Island. During peak days, a second nighttime show called Sea Lions Tonight takes place.

Bayside Stadium is home to concerts that Sea World Orlando holds throughout the year. The stadium is to old home to the water ski show that was discontinued.

Nautilus Stadium is home to A’lure. The Cirque du Soleil style show features high flying acrobatics.

Seaport Theatre hosts the show called Pets Ahoy. The show features tricks performed by pets rescued from local animal shelters.

The Seafire Inn is a dinner theater that combines Polynesian style food with a fire dances and entertainment.

Also during peak times of the year, Sea World holds a nightly firework show called Reflections. The shoe combines fireworks, lasers and dancing fountains to put on an exciting show.

Sea World Orlando hosts many special events through out the year including a summer concert series and much more. All of the live entertainment is included with regular admission to the park.

Visiting the Florida Holocaust Museum: A Powerful and Reflective Experience
